Open Question: Divorce and bankruptcy- can I do both at the same time?

Really, there isn't much he could demand: the car is upside down about $7000, no house, no expensive electronics, ect. #3- how would my filing for bankruptcy before the divorce effect his credit? Would it really screw him over? That is not my goal, so i am not intentionally trying to injure his credit. What would you recommend?... Read More »
